Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 containing “General Data Protection Regulation” (“Regulation EU/679/2016”), AUTODEM MOTORI Srl (hereinafter “the Company”), as Data Controller, is required to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data.
This notice also refers to the treatments carried out by the subjects who carry out, on behalf of the Company, the technical and organizational tasks described in paragraph 1.
- Purpose and method of treatment. Nature of the provision of personal data.
The personal data held by the Company are provided directly by the person to whom the personal data refer (“Interested”) through the form on the website.
Personal data are processed in complete compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness and the legal provisions to provide feedback to the request of the interested party and for the activities related and instrumental to this.
The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory, but refusal to provide it may result in the Company being unable to provide feedback to the data subject and their processing requires your consent.
In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data takes place through manual processing or electronic or in any case automated tools, according to logics closely related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data (with particular regard to the case of use of remote communication techniques).
2.Categories of data subject to treatment.
The Company and other entities that perform, on behalf of or for the benefit of the same, the tasks described in paragraph 1 above, process Your personal data relating to: First and Last Name, email, telephone.
- Categories of individuals to whom data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as data controllers or processors.
For the pursuit of the purposes described in paragraph 1, the Company needs to communicate its personal data to certain categories of persons, as data processors, may access its personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the duties assigned to them. In particular, the Company has designated, as responsible for processing customer data, the Company’s employees, including system administrators, for the purposes of fulfilling the duties assigned to them, temporary workers used by the Company, and interns.

The personal data processed by the Company and by the subjects performing on its behalf the technical and organizational tasks described in paragraph 1, are not subject to dissemination.
- Terms of retention of personal data.
The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes and according to the legal terms and in any case for two years from the first contacts if in the meantime the right of opposition is not exercised by the interested party, without prejudice to the possible establishment of contractual relations with the owner.
- Rights of the Data Subject referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016.
We inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives data subjects the possibility to exercise specific rights. In particular, each interested party has:
- the right of access, expressly provided for by Article 15 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e. the possibility of accessing all personal information concerning him;
- the right to rectification, expressly provided for by Article 16 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e. the possibility of obtaining the update of inaccurate personal data concerning him without justified delay;
- the right to be forgotten, expressly provided for by art. 17 of Regulation 679/2016, consisting of the right to delete personal data concerning the data subject;
- the right to limit treatment when one of the conditions set out in Article 18 of Regulation 679/2016 applies;
- the right to data portability, expressly provided for by Article 20 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e. the right to obtain one’s data in an interoperable format and/or the right to have one’s personal data transmitted to another data controller without impediment by this Company;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, expressly provided for by art. 7 of Regulation 679/2016;
- the right to file a complaint with the Guarantor in the event of a data processing violation pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation 679/2016;
- the right to file a judicial appeal in the event of unlawful data processing, including against acts taken by the Guarantor pursuant to art. 78 of Regulation 679/2016;
